Job Description
Responsibilities:
Planning Operations and Project
- Prepare various reports for Hong Kong about inventory tracking and sales monitoring, analyze sales performance and highlight the balance versus stock holding for market planner to make action.
- Conduct regular analysis on the key business areas covering inventory management for Hong Kong and highlight the high volume of inventory based on assigned criteria;
- Prepare the T2 slide for KPI snapshot and ZDI analysis report.
- Participate in ad-hoc operation report as assigned.

Requirements:
Individuals who meet the following requirements are invited to apply:
- Undergraduate in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or those who are passionate about data management.
- 3-month part-time contract
- Flexible schedule during semesters (16-20 hours per week)
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Good at Excel, Macro will be preferred
- Willing to learn, collaborative and self-driven
- High proficiency in both written & spoken English and Chinese
