As we continue to expand our marketing, sales, and service consulting team – one of two EY VODW clusters – we are looking for a talented and motivated Marketing and Customer Experience Analyst to join us.

Responsibilities – How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world?

  • You work closely together with our team of designers, technologists, data analysts and transformation specialists to identify a client’s or organization’s opportunities and challenges, to translate these to project approaches and to execute these projects.

  • keep yourself informed of current market, sector, consumer, and technology trends, to collect and analyze these trends (and underpinning data and information) and to translate them to relevant insights.

  • develop new concepts, processes, business models, (digital) strategies, ways-of-working, and operating models, which you will in many cases see being brought to life.

  • create models and methods to measure and manage impact and (customer and business) value contribution.

  • make impact in the daily lives of the many varieties of customer we serve (consumers, employees, civilians, and patients) by enhancing their customer experience.

Job requirements – Where do you start if you want to change the world?

  • You have completed a relevant master's degree with excellent results, preferably in business administration or marketing.

  • recently graduated or are a young professional with 0-2 years of relevant work experience as a consultant or (strategic) marketer.

  • a strong analytical and conceptual skills.

  • a structured and solution-oriented way-of-working.

  • a customer and business value mindset.

  • excellent command of the English and Dutch language, both written and verbal.

  • eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.

  • Salary: in addition to your fixed salary, depending on EY's financial performance, you may be eligible for a bonus. You are also entitled to an expense allowance (depending on the position) and an internet allowance of €40 net per month.

Recruitment procedure – How can you prepare for a long life together?

The recruitment procedure consists (in general) out of 2 interviews and/or a Business Case (about port folio). An (online) assessment and a pre-employment screening will also be part of the process.

Due to laws and regulations, and because EY (and in some cases its clients) has high demands on the reliability and integrity of its employees, every new employee will be screened. Depending on your rank the pre-employment screening could contain the following: Certificate of Conduct (in Dutch: VOG) or - if requesting a Dutch VOG is not possible - Criminal Background Check of the country you are currently living or have lived during the last five years, integrity questionnaire, verification of ID, diploma’s and/or work experience and consultation of the Dutch insolvency registry.
