What you’ll do:

• Prepare, clean, inspect, and maintain all rental vehicles according to Quality Assurance standards
• Complete clerical functions and other tasks as assigned
• Respond to and anticipate customer service needs and issues
• Process vehicle rentals
• Inform customers about AVIS/BUDGET cars and sell other services and benefits
• Responsible for daily operation of car rental activities

What we’re looking for:

• High work performance, standards, and reliability with little supervision
• Positive, upbeat attitude to do the job and get along with co-workers in a team environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to work any shifts and in a changing environment
• A valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• Strong communication skills and customer service skills with high priority on customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of a second language is a definite asset
• Must have retail sales experience (6 months to 1 year)
• Typing skills required: 20 WPM minimum
• Grade 12 or equivalent
