Job Description
We are looking for our next Location Manager, to drive our team and locations to new heights, whilst delivering great experiences to our valued customers. You’ll oversee all activities at our airport location and ensure we’re running smoothly and profitably with satisfied customers and employees alike.

About the role
You will primarily be responsible for managing a team and vehicle fleet requirements of operations in order to meet business goals. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual that will undertake all duties involved with the successful running of the Avis Budget Group facility. This exciting and fast paced role presents an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to utilise their leadership skills and operational expertise.
What you’ll do

Effectively manage vehicle fleet levels and employee rostering to meet customer demands

Action and monitor reporting and financial plans to contribute to the development of the annual business plan for your location.

Monitor the level of customer service being delivered and continually identify and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.

Create and facilitate a team environment within airport operations.

Identify and continually monitor employee needs and implement actions to increase employee satisfaction and manage the performance of employees as needed.
