As a Senior Communications Manager, Content Strategy and Culture Communications, you will lead content and communications strategy and development to amplify culture and employee experiences, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will craft and execute integrated communications and campaigns that drive employee engagement and deepen employee awareness, and that engage and inform external audiences, including through creative activations, thought leadership, events, executive speaking engagements, newsletters, and more.
This opportunity will allow you to leverage strategic thinking, leadership, and innovation to develop impactful narratives, messaging, and communications plans that bring our work to life across an integrated portfolio and help create clarity and energy around some of the most complex challenges and urgent opportunities our industry faces today.
