Are you ready to shape the future of the largest strategic partnerships at the intersection of innovation and impact? As a deal negotiator tasked with closing strategic partnership agreements with Microsoft’s most high-value software development company  engagements, you’ll be at the forefront of transformative growth—leading complex negotiations that unlock scale, drive joint  revenue, and accelerate digital transformation.
We are looking for a Senior Partner Development Manager for our Enterprise Partner Sales team which is part of Microsoft’s Worldwide Sales & Solutions (WSS) organization, and is accountable for building and co-selling innovative Microsoft Cloud & AI solutions and services. Our Enterprise partner portfolio includes global systems integrators, advisories, high-value management consultancies (SI), independent software vendors (ISV) and software development companies - working together to empower people and organizations to achieve more.
You’ll work across sales, finance, legal, engineering, and executive teams to orchestrate multi-threaded deals from origination to close. Your role is pivotal in aligning partner ambitions with Microsoft’s strategic priorities, ensuring every agreement delivers measurable value and long-term success.
You’ll be joining a small team within Enterprise Partner Solutions that thrives on solving the hardest business and technical problems through joint innovation, strategic insight, and operational excellence. We operate as trusted advisors internally and externally and cross-functional leaders, driving clarity, speed, and impact across the deal lifecycle. If you’re energized by complexity, collaboration, and outcomes that matter, this is the team for you.
You will be customer-centric passion to stimulate growth and transformation within our partner ecosystem. Your challenger mindset, business acumen, technological and industry knowledge, and superior interpersonal abilities will be leveraged to empower our partners in delivering market-defining solutions to our joint end-customers. This role offers you the chance to fast-track your career growth as you engage broadly across Microsoft, establish robust relationships in the C-Suite of our most strategic partners, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all levels to boost performance and tackle complex issues.

As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
